Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Ontario, Canada. Delivery to other provinces may be available in the future. Orders to restricted regions listed in our Privacy Policy cannot be fulfilled.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location within Ontario and generally take 3–7 business days after shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and when it ships.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Taxes

HST (13%) applies to orders with a subtotal of $100 or less. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping and are not subject to HST at checkout as currently configured.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dawalee.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of alcohol products and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or was shipped in error.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
