DAWALEE Arak Wood is an elegant expression of Arak, shaped by tradition and elevated through time. Crafted in small batches in Prince Edward County, Ontario, it is made exclusively from fresh grape and medicinal aniseed, then triple distilled and patiently aged for four years in oak barrels, where it gently takes on the colour, flavour, and character of the wood.


Naturally aromatic, Arak is unlike any other spirit. This refined Arak Wood opens with luminous anise aromas, unfolding into delicate herbal layers and a silky, full-bodied palate. Oak aging imparts subtle warmth, softness, and depth, guiding the spirit toward a long, composed finish.
